Chad as Scrum Master would serve as the team's coach, helping team members work together in the most effective manner possible. A good Scrum Master views the role as one of providing a service to the team, removing impediments to progress, facilitating meetings and discussions, and performing typical project management duties such as tracking progress and issues.

Scrum within an Agile Game-Development environment can and is similar to other industries of software development, even event management.
Each game project has many moving parts as seen below in my straw hat design. We first start by conceptualizing and designing out the game before ever writing a piece of code. Without some sort of planning, you are bound to fail at the current project. So the key part as you develop the game or any project is to iterate, iterate, iterate. As crazy as the hat's design may be, you can see each straw has a purpose and overall look. When all the pieces are formed and complete then the finished project can be accomplished.
Agile with Game Scrum Development:
-
Iterative and incremental
-
Produce working software every sprint
-
Development results and commitment oriented tasking
-
Not a silver bullet so it wont solve all issues
-
History of success on a wide variety of projects
